PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP

Abbey Medical Centre now have a Patient Participation Group. The first meeting took place on Thursday 13th October at 2 pm. There were some who sent apologies but only 5 people who were able to attend.  If you would like to become involved please click on the tab marked "Contact Us" above.

Once established, we would envisage meetings taking place around 2 or 3 times a year, this may be in the surgery or as a virtual meeting via the internet. Times and length of these meetings will vary due to content and other commitments.

The purpose of this group is to listen to our patients and look at ways to make improvements where possible. This group should not be seen as a sounding board to complain. Complaints should go through the normal process and will NOT be dealt with by the group or at the meetings.
